Special vintage Murano Zanfirico ceiling lamp D: 45 cm

An absolutely exceptional vintage Murano ceiling lamp / pendant light in clear glass with Zanfirico pattern. Zanfirico is a special technique that the glassblowers on the island of Murano developed several hundred years ago. It is named after the renowned Italian glass dealer Antonio Sanquirico and the technique has been used by some of the most renowned glassblowing houses on the island of Murano near Venice.

Despite the lamp's large size, it has a light expression and would be perfect for a living room or in a hall. Handmade in Italy, 1960/70s, and has original brass suspension. D:45cm
