Payment
At our warehouse you can pay with Mobilepay, immediate transfer or cash payment.Do you pay online via our webshop?www.muranovintage.com, you can pay with Mobilepay, PayPal, Visa/Dankort, Maestro or Mastercard. Payment will be deducted when your order is shipped.
At Murano Vintage you are always guaranteed secure payment. Our payment gateway is handled and supported by Pensopay, which ensures stability and encrypted payment. The data you send in connection with a purchase with a payment card is encrypted, and only Pensopay can access that information. We do not store your card information and cannot withdraw amounts beyond what you have authorized with your purchase. Which is also the reason why you must accept our terms and conditions before purchasing.
Order confirmation
After completing your purchase, we will send you an email confirming your order. As soon as your order is packed, you will receive an email from Murano Vintage with all the necessary information so that you can follow it from the time the package leaves us until it is in your hands via a tracking number.
Shipping prices
Free shipping on all orders.
If you are a resident of Denmark/Europe, your order will be shipped with Postnord and international orders will be shipped with Postnord or UPS. You will receive a tracking link when we have packed your order.
However, some objects can only be picked up at our warehouse:

Delivery time
At Murano Vintage we pack your order as quickly as we can, so that if all goes well you can receive your goods within 1-3 business days. However, please be aware that in case of delays with suppliers, carriers or during sales, delivery times may be longer. As soon as we have packed your order, you will receive a track and trace number so that you can follow your package.
When delivering to non-bridged islands, you should expect an extended delivery time.
When picking up at a parcel shop, it is your responsibility as a customer to pick up your order within the stated time limits. If the order is not picked up within the deadline, it will automatically be sent back to Murano Vintage. In this case, you will be charged an amount corresponding to the costs associated with the return shipment (DKK 49). This also applies in connection with re-sending your order or canceling your purchase. In this connection, please note that you cannot cancel a purchase by failing to pick up your package at the selected pickup location.

Rest of the world - Standard delivery time 3-6 business days
Right of withdrawal
At Murano Vintage CPH we offer unique objects and all purchases directly from our warehouse are non-returnable.
If you are shopping online and are a resident of the EU, you have the option to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Before returning, you must inform us by email.mv@muranovintage.com.
You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without clearly informing us of this.

You must return the order directly to our warehouse, we do not accept packages sent to parcel shops or similar. We recommend that you use a trackable and insured delivery method.
Please note that you are responsible for the condition of the item and bear the risk of the item from the time it is delivered to you until it is returned to Murano Vintage. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped. Original shipping and return costs will not be refunded.

Transport damage
When you receive your order, please unpack it immediately and contact us (within 24 hours) if the item has been damaged during shipping. You must attach pictures of the damaged item, shipping label and packaging (this is very important and it is your responsibility to include pictures, if you do not include pictures we cannot pay your claim).
Refund
We will notify you when we have received and processed your return, and we will then notify you whether your return has been accepted or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded in the same way you paid. Please note that it may also take a few days for your bank / credit card provider to process the refund.
Unclaimed packages
Packages that have not been picked up by either the delivery company or our warehouse will only be treated as a return if you have specifically informed us of this. Shipping and return costs will not be refunded. Any additional costs associated with uncollected returns will be borne by the buyer.
Reservations
Murano Vintage reserves the right to make any errors, price changes and sold out items.
Right of complaint
When you shop as a consumer, you have a 24-month right to complain. If your complaint is justified, this means that Murano Vintage is obliged to repair or exchange for a similar product, give you a refund or a discount on the price. This depends on the specific situation, if there are errors or defects that have occurred within 24 months of your purchase. However, you cannot complain about a product that has not been used correctly.
You must make a complaint within a ''reasonable time'' after you have discovered the fault. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
